If a fault occurs within the first 28 days of the start date of your contract an excess of £99 will be applicable.

The age, make, or model of your appliance doesn’t matter, Prime Shield Pro offer full protection through our breakdown maintenance plan, as long as the appliance is not already included in another service contract. Please note that appliances used for commercial purposes are not eligible.
