I don't want to purchase online, is there a number I can call to buy this service?

Not all of us want to make online purchases, but don’t worry if you’d rather speak to someone in order to set up this service just give our support team a call at 02081352073. Our support is open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm / Saturday: 10am to 4pm

Is there an excess I have to pay?

If a fault occurs within the first 28 days of the start date of your contract an excess of £99 will be applicable.

Are these restrictions on the appliances I can include?

Unlike most maintenance and repair service companies, we do not impose strict limits on the appliances you can include. The age, make, or model of your appliance doesn’t matter, Prime Shield Pro offer full protection through our breakdown maintenance plan, as long as the appliance is not already included in another service contract. Please note that appliances used for commercial purposes are not eligible.

Can I make a repair request more than once?

With a Prime Shield Pro maintenance & repair service, you can enjoy complete peace of mind knowing there are absolutely no limits on how many times you can make a repair request. Whenever an issue arises, you will get quick assistance and free to request support as often as needed.
